the perfect location for exploring San Sebastian, surrounded by excellent pinxtos bars and within walking distance to the beach. Benjamin at the reception was incredibly friendly and helpful. A little noisy at night with the windows open, but very soundproof when closed. Will definitely stay here again.

we had a wonderful stay in san sebastian not far from the centre of san-sebastian and the old town where all the bars with pinxos and restaurants are and the center. everything was simply spotless. we loved helpful stuff. it had a marvellous location so close to everything.

Friendly staff overcome language barriers. Convenient amenities nearby including laundromat, bakeries, grocery stores, restaurants, and a view of an old church from the balcony. The location of Apain Ht was absolutely fantastic! I had a room with a balcony overlooking a main avenue, and it was such a treat to be right in the heart of the Old Town. The view of Sant Elmo church from my window was a delightful bonus. Even though it could get loud at night, the windows were well insulated and once closed, the noise was very manageable. The young guy at the reception who checked me in and cleaned the room was incredibly friendly and helpful. He gave me great recommendations for exploring the city and even provided a map with his personal suggestions. The room itself was spacious and came with a standing fan, which was a nice touch. The shared bathroom was never an issue, and the shower had excellent heat and water pressure. The staff in general were extraordinarily friendly, and the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. I had a pleasant stay at Apain Ht and would recommend it.

Loved the cozy room with a terrace overlooking the bustling streets below. It was great to feel connected to the city even while relaxing in bed. the shared bathroom was lovely and the shower had all the necessary amenities. the staff, especially the friendly Argentinean man who checked us in, was helpful and accommodating.

The rooms facing the backyard were small and dark, with no space to put our belongings. the lack of a chair or any storage options was inconvenient.

We had a fabulous stay in the heart of the old city. The location was perfect, with plenty of excellent pinxtos bars just steps away. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the view of the San Vicente Church from our room, and the bathrooms were clean. It was an amazing experience being so close to all the tourist attractions in the old town.

The lack of an elevator made it difficult to carry our suitcases up to the second floor.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the old town. The location couldn't be better, as it is directly in the center and so close to everything. We loved being just a few meters from the sea and the beach. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had everything we needed right at our doorstep, including fine bakeries, grocery stores, and a tourist office. The view from our balcony of the old church was wonderful.
